Barre
A barre fitness class is a low-impact, high-intensity workout, set to fun music to tone and strengthen your muscles.
If you are looking for a challenging but low-impact workout, then barre fitness is a great option for you.
Pilates & Stretch
Pilates on the mat focuses on strengthening all muscle groups with a combination of core building exercises. Our Yoga classes combine traditional yoga poses and flow while incorporating strength training using hand weights.
Fitness
Fitness classes with a SO Fit Twist using Pilates Principles encourage mindful movement. Fitness classes include:

The instructors at Studio One Fit have over 20 years experience teaching Pilates and fitness classes with multiple certifications in Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and Fitness.
